Responsibilities: UX prime (Strategy, research, Interactive prototyping, user testing)

Leveraging the discovery from Deloitte team  TD business banking Release 2 kicked off with the complex entitlements flow. Working as a UX principal my job was to work closely with the project owners and stakeholders to understand and distill the complex requirements around an administrator giving entitlements to users.

Discovery

The discovery process was conducted by a team from Deloitte. As a part of TD business banking UX team we took part in the process.

A comprehensive audit of industry competitors and best in class design patterns was conducted.

Wire frames

On the basis of stakeholder meetings, research and competitive audit rough sketches were created and than converted into wireframes.

Interactive Prototype

On the basis of the wireframes a high fidelity interactive prototype was created in Axure. The prototype depicted almost pixel perfect rendering of the finish design.

All the checkout scenarios were covered in different prototypes. Mobile, tablet  and desktop versions were covered in the responsive prototypes.

Usability Testing

The Prototypes were cycled through user testing. A script was created for the user and carefully chosen users were asked to perform certain tasks. Video recording of the users were than analysed and results were gathered.

On the basis of the results the design were tweaked in some cases and kept the same in some scenarios.
