Business Banking Platform Future State

Leveraging the discovery and research from "HUGE" this project was aimed to explore and create a future state of business banking that the teams can work back to or derive inspiration from in coming years.

I worked closely with a group of designers from PWC. Over a period of few months we worked with stakeholders and business partners to shape the future state of Business Banking. The process involved numerous ideation sessions and co-creating workshops with the designers and business.

Wireframes & Prototype

Next the wireframes of each section were created. These wireframes were than converted into a functional prototype using Axure.

High definition prototype for user testing

The wireframes were converted into a high definition prototype for user testing. We worked closely with the usertesting lead and tailored the prototype functionalities according to the testing scripts.

The in person testing was conducted in TD user testing facilities. The results were compiled into a report that was presented to the stakeholders. These results helped a lot in shaping the business banking future state.
